Well 2020 is now here! Most everybody has started putting away the Christmas lights and decorations. With the New Year comes the New Year’s resolutions, and business predictions for the year to come. Here in Arizona we have seen some changes in our driving laws. The Gov Doug Ducey has signed a new bill for 2020 to Ban the usage of cell phones in Automobiles in Arizona. Here are a few things you might want to know. The Bill has been passed and now signed into law HB-2318. Officers can now begin to write Warnings for Banned Cell phone usage in Arizona vehicles up to 2021. At which time the 1st violations will result in a ticket of between $75 and $150.
